(I GOT A BOY)
The cameras were all in front, so a lot of people couldn’t
get in because they were pushing the fan section back. Because of the
cameras, there was quite a distance between the standing section and
stage.
- Because it was the first recording/broadcast, the fanchants were really poor, so Taeyeon asked, “What’s the fanchant?” And she asked if it was made up on the spot.
- Yoona hung her hat on the set.
- They had to wear their hats, so the girls were getting their hats, and they were saying, “Give me a hat, please~” to the staff. The manager pulled out a hat for each of them from what looked like a sack full of Christmas gifts.
- After getting her hat, Sunny looked at hers, tilting her head from side to side, and she asked her coordi unnie, “Unnie! Is this the right hat?” Her voice was really cute. It turned out that it wasn’t the right one.
- After throwing their hat, it was another task having to pick them up again. When nobody picked Tiffany’s up, she said, “Nobody gave me mine,” and looked like she was going to cry.
- Yoona got Jessica’s hat, but she held it up high above her head, telling her to try and take it. Jessica hopped and jumped, but couldn’t reach it. So Jessica made a really unnie-like facial expression and told her to give it to her, but Yoona still didn’t give it back.
- When the recording was over, they went to monitor it. Sunny held the towel(?) hanging/attached to Taeyeon’s pants, and did the horse dance.
- Tiffany said she has no strength in her legs, and that she’s tired. Then she said that her arm warmers were hot, so once the recording ended, she pulled them off to the ends of her hands and waved them like a ghost.
- While doing the ‘Dancing Queen’ dance, Hyoyeon, Tiffany, and Sunny did bubi bubi. They danced closely and then laugh by themselves. After dancing like that, Hyoyeon and Tiffany laughed by themselves.
- They said they have to do ‘right now is Girls’ Generation’, so Seohyun was gathering all the unnies. When the unnies on the right didn’t come and were busy playing, Seohyun went and brought them over one by one. Hyoyeon didn’t go over on purpose, so Seohyun went and got her after she got all the other unnies together, and they did ‘right now is Girls’ Generation’. When she was going to get her, Seohyun said, “Aw, we have to do ‘jiso’!” (=’right now is Girls’ Generation’ shortened in Korean)
- They were told that they need to do something when throwing the hats, and Yoona was pouting the entire time. They were saying that if they throw it hard, something would happen.
- Yoona said that she thinks the camera might get covered if they throw their hat, so Seohyun said they should try getting one hung on the jimmy zip [crane].
- They must have been excited because they were wearing sneakers because they kept hopping around, especially Taeyeon.
- Jessica must have been hot because she had her baseball jacket halfway off. Yoona, who saw that, said something to her, and Jessica suddenly did a muscle man pose.
- Jessica said something to Yoona, and suddenly acted, spinning around and falling/sitting down.
- Sunny was calling Tiffany, ‘Fany-ya~’, but Tiffany wouldn’t look at her, so she walked a couple steps closer and called ‘Fany-yah~’ again, but she still didn’t look at her. So she went even closer and called again, ‘Fany-yah~’
- Sunny called Tiffany again, so Tiffany quickly walked over, and the former said, “Wait!” so the latter stopped. Then Sunny said, “That’s right!”
- Taeyeon said the weather’s cold and then worried, “They said it’s colder tomorrow.”
- After recording with it cutting off, they said they would do the full song to get the fans’ fanchants for the last one. Tiffany said, “It’s your turn,” and told us to be strong. Asking us to cheer loudly.. Then, when it started, they followed along with the fans’ cheering until the camera [recording] light came on.
- Sunny seemed to be in a realy good mood because she kept joking around with each of the girls.
- When they were picking up their hats, Taeyeon kicked her hat up into the air and caught it. When the other girls saw that, they all started copying her. Sunny tossed her hat up and caught/wore it on her head, and she held the hat with her teeth and put it on without touching it. When the fans started cheering, the other girls started doing it, too.
- During the part where fans’ fanchants+later half of the video was recording was being done, Seohyun walked by making a heart over her head during the ‘she became so sexy’ part. (It wasn’t going to be part of the broadcast, so she did it for the fans to see.)
- Taeyeon asked what song fans like on the album. When they said ‘IGAB!’, she asked, “Really?” When the fans said ‘Yuri Eye/Lost in Love!’, she smiled. Tiffany and Taeyeon pointed at Yuri, and Yuri put both her hands under her chin (like her part in IGAB).
- When Seohyun does the ‘you know that guy, right?’ and the girls are gathered together, they were told the gaps between them were to big and to shorten them. Taeyeon jokingly pushed the girls over to the side, and they all squabbled.
- During the recording, the girls’ staff came up, and when the MCD staff said ‘let’s start recording’, Tiffany told their manager and coordis, “Hurry and get off [stage], please~”
- Seohyun must have played around with Jessica somehow, but Jessica lightly hit Seohyun’s stomach. After that, when Seohyun lifted her arm, Jessica pulled her arm down, telling her to keep it down, but she lifted it again and Jessica pulled it down again and they played around like that.
- They cut the recording portion, so they had to do it a number of times. When it was over, they all said ‘bye bye’ and went in.
(DANCING QUEEN)
- The curtain was closed and the video was going to play, so the staff was telling fans to yell a lot when it starts. Suddenly, the curtain opened from behind, and Taeyeon peaked her head out. Then, Tiffany and another member stuck their faces out, so their faces were piled up. When fans started yelling, the staff turned around and the girls were doing that through the curtain. They laughed while hiding back behind it.
- While they were on standby, Taeyeon stuck her head out from behind the curtains again and laughed. She even had her bangs up so she was like a real egg ghost(? idk)
- Tiffany said the song is hard.
- The staff said, “There are teukhyo (‘special effects’=teuk soo hyo kwa shortened in Korean)~,” so the girls all started copying them saying, ‘Teukhyo! Teukhyo!’ and laughed amongst themselves. From behind the curtain.
- The curtain was closed, but the girls kept laughing from behind it. I don’t know what they were laughing about, but they were bursting out laughing by themselves.
- After recording once, they were going to record again so the curtains were closed, but the fans seemed disappointed with it, so Sunny looked at the fans from between the curtains and greeted them. She tilted her head from side to side and did it until the curtains closed.
- When the special effects exploded, Sunny got surprised.
- In the middle of recording, Sunny, Hyoyeon, and Yuri were talking about the dance standing behind the Q on set. (Yuri seemed to be talking about the crane leg dance) The girls were dancing so the fans went ‘Ohhh~’, and they hid behind the Q. After that, Sunny peaked her head from inside and greeted the fans. They also did the crane dance from behind the Q so we could see it through the hole.
- When the second recording ended, Yuri got excited and said, “I succeeded [doing the crane leg dance]!” But Seohyun said, “I failed. Sorry, unnie, it was my first time,” really quickly.
- They did rehearsals without fans, and the official recording ended in two takes. When the fans said, “One more time!” the girls said they’re tired, and told fans not to say that (bit of a joking way)
- While going inside, Tiffany imitated fans yelling going, ‘Kkyak-‘, so the fans also went ‘kkyak-‘, and she did ‘kkyak-’ again, smiled, and went in.
